Please use this meter reading submission form if:
- You are not submitting your monthly meter reading on your payment stub with your monthly payment.
- You have a credit due on your bill this month.
- You pay your water bill through on-line check processing.
Read your meter on or about the 1st day of each month.
Please remember meter readings that are received after the 15th of each month may not be processed until the following month.
If we do not receive a water meter reading in any month, your account will be estimated according to the last 3 months usage and a $10.00 estimated meter reading fee will be applied to the account. If we do not receive a reading for 3 or more months, a serviceman will be sent out to your residence to obtain a current reading and your account will be charged $10.00.
